Khmer Angkor Tour Guide Association (KATGA) is an organization for official tour guides associated basing in Siem Reap Angkor Cambodia. KATGA is independent, indiscriminated and non-political involvement but it has tendency on culture, science and humanity.
This creation is in order to take part better of Cambodian National Tourism Development, and to achieve sophistication on human resources for the efficacy of Tour Service by providing with the general knowledge: History, Culture, Tradition, Philosophy, Religion, Nature indication and Personal Experiential intelligences to all guides licensed by Ministry of Tourism then improved by Apsara Authority Education.
Khmer Angkor Tour Guide Association (KATGA) is 10 years ago working with each 2 years election for a chief. Its development gets established first by some old well-civilized men who escaped from genocidal hand of Khmer Rouge Regime 1975-1979.
The association’s many language speaking tour guides has been day by day called for Guiding Service Reservations by many important agencies just with the requests or commends from clients.
The guide book in hand might not suffice to indicate all, except tour guides-living dictionaries who are certainly able to explain what, where, why or how to realize your visits.
